Fine Print: Customer receives a written report of their roof’s condition. This is ideal for realtors, sellers and buyers, remote owners, etc.
The inspector will look at the condition of a homeowner’s roof, as well as chimneys, gutters, and downspouts.
*If there is damage to homeowner’s property, inspector may provide an estimate for repairs.
Emergency Tarp Covering
Protect your home with an emergency tarp covering
What the customer receives: Prompt tarp covering of damage to their roof.
Price: $600 for service.
Fine print:
Up to 16’x20′ tarp cap nailed over the problem area.
May not always stop any active leaking.
Will not be responsible for interior damage caused by the leaking roof.
Roof tarp covering is prioritized Mon through Friday 8-5pm.
